    Screen Printing

Under category of Screen Printing, we have capability to make Pad Printing and Serigraphic / Silk Screen Printing.

    1. Pad Printing
Pad Printing, known as tampon printing, is a printing technique, which transfers 2-D images onto 3-D objects. With the help of a cliché, via a silicon pad, an image is transferred on to the object. Pad printing enable us to print on difficult surfaces, it is mostly used on different objects such as medical, toys, electronical objects, promotions as well as our displays. The unique feature of pad printing is to print on different surfaces like flat, concave, convex, and even conical surfaces. We can print on silver anodized or powder coated surfaces. Both on smooth and textured surfaces, pad printing can be done. In order to avoid scratches during transport, we also protect the printing with clear tape. Before you use the product, we advise you to take off the clear tape and use as nicely finished.

    2. Serigraphic or Silk Screen Printing
For serigraphic printing, we have our printing tool preparations room. Mesh is used to transfer the dye with this printing technique. The name silk screen comes from the tradition. In the past, silk was used to make the mesh. Today, the most common material for mesh is polyester. In our tool preparations room, we stretch and process the mesh. After some chemical processes, the artwork is transferred on to mesh. This usually takes 3 days for the tool getting ready for printing.
We have 2 silk screen printing machines: One is manual and the other is semi-automatic screen-printing machine. Our manual machine is for printing on small objects like header logo or leaflet dispensers. This machine enables us to print small quantity jobs faster. There is no limit on number of colors with silk screen printing. The unique advantage of screen printing is life of color. Color does not fade and last much long for years with silk screen printing. Our semi-automatic screen-printing machine can print up to 1200 x 1700mm. Another advantage of silk screen printing is that we can print on various materials such as PS, PET, steel, aluminum composite, PVC Foam, Wood, MDF and even crystal material.
